Dos
1. Read the instructions on your device before installing batteries.
2. Use the correct size and type of battery specified by the manufacturer of your device. Insert batteries into your device properly, with the (+) and (-) terminals aligned correctly.
3. Remove all used batteries from the device at the same time, and then replace them with new batteries of the same size and type.
4. Store batteries in a dry place at normal room temperature.
5. Remove batteries from the electrical device if the device is not going to be used for a long time.
6. Keep battery contact surfaces and battery compartment contacts clean by rubbing them with a clean pencil eraser or a rough cloth each time you replace batteries.
7. Keep batteries away from children. If swallowed, contact a physician at once.

Don'ts
1. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, as they could explode.
2. Do not attempt to recharge a battery unless the battery is marked "rechargeable".
3. Do not mix old and new batteries, or mix different types of batteries. This can cause rupture or leakage, resulting in personal injury or property damage.
4. Do not carry loose batteries in a pocket or purse with metal objects like coins, paper clips and hair pins, etc. This will short circuit the battery, generating high heat.
